These terms apply to your use of this website and to the free website teardown. The website is run by ST Consulting, a sole proprietorship of Samu Timonen registered in Finland (Business ID 3618254-7), trading as Avernora. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Projects need a written agreement

Nothing on this website is an offer you can accept. Package descriptions, starting prices, care plans, timelines and examples describe how we usually work, except for two commitments: your written teardown within 3 business days and 14 days of bug fixes after launch. Every paid project is quoted separately and starts only when we both agree in writing on its scope, price and schedule. That agreement takes priority over this website.

The free teardown

The teardown is a free written review of your website, given for your information. It reflects our professional opinion, isn’t a guarantee of any result, and doesn’t oblige you to buy anything. We may decline a request, for example if the site is outside what we work on. You are free to use the advice in it however you like.

Concept examples

Businesses shown as concepts on this site are fictional. They show how we would build a site and are not clients, testimonials or results.

Our content

The text, design, images and code of this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own reference, but not copy the site or reuse its content commercially without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, to access it in unauthorized ways, or to send us unlawful or harmful content through the form.

No warranties

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Information can change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of this website or the free teardown. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are handled by the competent court of Finland, unless mandatory law where you live gives you another right.
