The teardown
Is it really free?
Yes. No payment details and no obligation. The review is yours to use, whoever makes the changes.
What exactly do you review?
Your homepage and the pages a customer passes through on the way to contacting you: the message, your services, proof of your work, how easy it is to get in touch and how it all works on a phone. Any platform: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Shopify or custom-built.
Is it only about design?
No. Design is part of it, but the main question is whether the site turns visitors into inquiries: is it clear, is it trustworthy and is the next step obvious.
What do I receive, and when?
A written review by email within 3 business days: 3 to 5 findings, marked-up screenshots and the first fix we would make. If you want to talk it through, reply to the email and we set up a 20-minute call.
Do you need access to my site or analytics?
No. We review your public website the way a customer sees it. No logins and no tracking code.
I don’t have a website yet. Can I still ask?
Yes. Tick “No website yet” on the form. Instead of a review, you get a short plan: what your site needs to say, a suggested page structure and how inquiries should reach you.
Can you also make the changes?
Yes, if you want us to. After the review we can quote the fixes or a new site. Every project gets a fixed quote, and nothing starts until you approve it.
Working together
What do you need from me?
Your logo, any photos you have, the facts about your services and access to anything we need to connect. And one person who can collect feedback and send it to us in one go.
Do I get a fixed price?
Yes. Packages start at $2,500 for Launch, $4,500 for Signature and $6,000 for Signature + AI. After the teardown, every project gets a fixed quote with the scope written out: what is included, what we need from you and what is not included. Nothing starts until you approve it.
How long does a project take?
Your quote includes a target launch date, set once we know the scope and have your materials. If feedback or materials arrive late, the date moves with them.
How many rounds of changes are included?
One combined round of revisions. You collect your feedback into one list, and we make all the changes in one pass.
Do you do SEO?
Every package includes an SEO foundation: fast pages, clear headings, local business markup, a sitemap and Google Search Console. We also check your Google Business Profile. We don’t promise rankings. Local results also depend on your reviews, your profile and time.
What is not included?
Moving you to a new CRM, cleaning up old data, custom portals and custom dashboards. If you need one of them, we scope and quote it separately.
Workflows
What does the inquiry workflow do?
Every inquiry from your site is saved to your CRM, you get a notification, a reply goes out in your words, and you get a reminder if an inquiry still needs you. It is part of Signature + AI.
Which CRM does it work with?
The one you already use, once we have confirmed it is supported. We check this before we quote, and we don’t move you to a new CRM.
Do replies really go out on their own?
Yes, once they are proven. While we test, each reply waits for your approval. When the replies are consistently right, the workflow sends them automatically.
Do you automate anything besides inquiries?
Yes. Quote follow-ups, review requests, booking reminders, new client intake, inquiry sorting, past-lead check-ins and a weekly inquiry report. Each one is quoted separately once we know your tools. If something else eats your time, tell us and we will say plainly whether we can help. See them all on the services page.
After launch
What if something breaks after launch?
Bugs are fixed free for 14 days after launch. After that, fixes are part of a care plan or quoted by the hour.
Who hosts the site, and do I own it?
You own your domain and your site. On a care plan we host and look after it. Without one, we hand it over so you can host it yourself. Signature + AI needs the Care + Workflow plan, because its replies go out in your name.
Can you keep improving the site after that?
Yes, with a care plan. Care is $149 a month for hosting, checks and small changes. Care + Workflow is $299 and also looks after the inquiry workflow. Grow starts at $750 and adds a new page or improvement every month. Compare the plans.
